Is this a P.O. Box?

No. These are real commercial street addresses in Marco Island and Naples. You receive a unique suite-style number that appears on your mail exactly as a real address would. P.O. Boxes are not accepted by many banks, government agencies, and other institutions — our addresses are designed for general correspondence and many of those use cases.

Do I need to have a business to sign up?

What is Form 1583 and why do I need it?

USPS regulations require all Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies to have a signed Form 1583 on file before receiving mail on your behalf. After you sign up, you'll be routed to a secure 24/7 online notary service to sign the form and upload two forms of identification — no appointment needed, available anytime that's convenient for you. A $22 notary fee applies and is paid directly to the notary service. You only need to do this once. If you'd prefer to complete this in person, just contact us to schedule.

How do I get my mail if I'm not in Florida?

When mail arrives, you receive a photo notification showing the outer envelope. You then tell us what to do — open and scan the contents so you can read it digitally, forward it to your current address at $5 + postage, or hold it until you're back in Florida. You never have to be present to manage your mail.

Will my bank accept this address?

Our addresses are real commercial street addresses designed for personal correspondence. Whether a specific bank accepts any address — ours or otherwise — is determined entirely by that institution's own policies. We recommend confirming directly with your bank before opening or updating an account.

Can I pick up my mail in person?

Yes — mail is held securely at your chosen location and available for in-person pickup by appointment. Most customers prefer the scan-and-forward service since it means never having to come in, but pickup is available when you need it.
